Below is a list of the most commonly asked questions we receive. If your answer is not here, please contact us. We’ll respond in a timely manner.

In addition, if we don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, we can likely get it for you. Blacksheep Event Rentals has new products arriving all the time, so give us a call!

  • If you can show us a lower advertised price on any of the products we carry, we will (at the very least) match it, but we’ll more than likely beat it!

  • To keep our prices economical for our customers, we have opted to be online only. However, if you’d like to check out our products before you decide to rent, we’re more than happy to accommodate you. Just give us a call and make an appointment.

  • This is a service we will be implementing in the next year. We do a little bit now, so ask, and we can see what we can do!

  • Yes, we always deliver and pick up. Check out our services page for details and pricing.

  • Set up for the following items is included in the price of rental:

    • Tents, lights, anything hanging from the tent (upon prior approval)

    • Harvest Tables

    • Dance floor

    • Staging

    • Pipe + Draping

  • We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your requested items are available.

  • Yes, however, a rush order fee may apply.

  • Yes, you have until 14 days pre-event to make adjustments. After that point, your order is considered finalized.

    • Deposit is non-refundable.

    • You can cancel before 14 days of the event without penalty.

    • Cancellations within 14 days of the event recieve no refund.

    • Deposit is due at the time of signing in order to guarantee items.

      • If the order is less than $1000, the deposit is 50% of the balance.

      • If the order is more than $1000, the deposit is $1000.

    • Final payment and final order are due 14 days prior to the event.

    • Any changes within 14 days of the event may incur a rush order fee.
