  • Can't find what you're looking for on our website? Give us a call or send us an email — we likely have it or can get it for you! Our inventory is always growing, with new products arriving regularly at Blacksheep Event Rentals.

  • If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product we carry, we’ll match it — and often, beat it. To be eligible, a valid invoice or written quote from the competitor must be provided at the time of inquiry. All price matches are subject to verification and the sole discretion of Blacksheep Event Rentals.

  • To keep our prices economical for our customers, we have opted to be online only. However, if you’d like to check out our products before you decide to rent, we’re more than happy to accommodate you. Just give us a call and make an appointment.

  • Set up for the following items is included in the price of rental:

    • Tents, lights, anything hanging from the tent (upon prior approval)

    • Harvest Tables

    • Dance floor

    • Staging

    • Pipe + Draping

  • We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your requested items are available.

  • Yes, however, a rush order fee may apply.

  • Yes, you have until 14 days pre-event to make adjustments. After that point, your order is considered finalized.

    • Deposit is non-refundable.

    • You can cancel before 14 days of the event without penalty.

    • Cancellations within 14 days of the event recieve no refund.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit (CAD) is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event. We accept payment by credit card (via link), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), cheque, or wire transfer for international clients.
